KYLIE MINOGUE is suing Australia's richest man, Kerry Packer, over salacious photographs in one of his men's magazines.

In one, the singer's head was allegedly "airbrushed" onto a nude model.

Her lawyers have begun breach of copyright proceedings against People magazine in Victoria. The next hearing before a judge is on 10 August.
